Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Came into dreams needing a new mattress and also a new bed frame, i was given help and support by the man in the shop whom i believe was called glenn, He let me choose without being pushy and gave me lots of advice and helped me to stay within my budget. Very nice and helpful and very paitent as i was very indecicive. Much appricated. So thank you

I went in looking for a new mattress and was helped by a very helpful guy called Malvin. He put me at ease about my choices etc.

I was highly satisfied with the experience at dreams, the sales representative was very helpful and informative. We explained our needs, space requirements and budget to him and were pleasantly told what they had to offer and also what sales and discounts we could receive... After debating between ourselfs, ended up purchasing a mattress and leather double... Thumbs up in my opinion, polite helpful staff and quality products to match. Overall... Winning!

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There were only two staff available to help customers, so I did have to wait a little while to be attended to, but during this time I had plenty of opportunity to decide on my purchase and when staff were free they were attentive and helpful and I did not feel rushed to make my purchase.

We visited the shop twice, once researching beds and the second time to purchase. Both times we were assisted by fantastic staff who new their stuff but we're not pushy. They gave us time, space and practical advice. We came away happy that we have made the right choice for our first bed.

Well stocked store with plenty of choice and well spaced out. Assistance from Natalie was readily forthcoming when needed, friendly and well informed, but she also gave us plenty of time and space to ponder our choices which was most welcome.

Our sales assistant, Tony, was extremely polite and helpful, apologising for the delay in attending to us owing to staff shortage and addressing us as Sir and Madam, something very rare these days. He was highly knowledgeable about the syock and recommended exactly what we wanted.

Good friendly service

As we first entered... We weren't pounced upon, in fact it was quite pleasant. Each member of staff had something to say and were all very extremely knowledgable without overselling! Infact they encouraged us not to purchase on price but merely on comfort pushing us for the lower price out of the two we chose!

We were welcomed to the store as we entered, all the staff were smartly dressed and very polite but they also kept their distance while we were looking rather than being pestered. As soon as we looked like we needed assistance Natalie from the North Farm Tunbridge Wells store was immediately there and took time to hear our requirements and then made choice suggestions to meet these. She was brilliant and made the whole process completely pain free, quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use this store again and would definitely reccomend it to anyone.
