The staff were very pleasant and had plenty of time to help us even though they were short staffed. They gave us advise then left us to talk privately together which was nice as you don't want people listening in when your trying to make decisions. Delivery slot was booked quickly. Very happy with everything.

Jamie, who severed us was knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. He spent time with us and when we came back the next day, he remembered us and what we have discussed the day before. well done him.

Loved the way the beds were colour coded as this made it much easier to shop. We were offered help to begin with and then allowed to browse on our own with the promise of further help if we needed it. When we finally placed an order our assistant, Natalie, gave us very good information on products and the process was efficient and friendly.

Your sales assistant was knowledgeable and set out to understand our requirements before recommending a suitable product. His timing in knowing when to leave us alone to make our decision was noted.

Excellent customer service. Were going to buy from JL or M&S, but we had better service at Dreams which in the end, made the sale.

Initial contact gave us suitable options for purchase - did not buy at that stage - after assessing other local competiors, we returned next day and completed our order.
