Ease of doing business. The sales assistant knew his stuff and seamlessly guided me through from choice to placing the order to picking the delivery date. Probably in and out of store in less than 30 mins. Perfect!

We were welcomed as we entered the store and offered help, then given time to look around without any pressure and when we asked for help Natalie was informed and helpful.

We were approached after a few minutes of looking around by a colleague who was incredibly welcoming. We didn't feel under pressure and was able to look when where we wanted to but able to ask him questions whenever we needed. We didn't feel any pressure and had a lovely overall experience

Glenn sourced and found the exact bed we were looking for and it was an amazing price and could be delivered in two weeks! It was perfect.

Tony was excellent in understanding my requirements and showed the products that would suit me. He wasn't pushy or hurried me alone. I was even offered a cup of tea which I later accepted. Looking forward to my delivery.

Had visited store about four weeks earlier but because of health problem had not been able to return. Had kept details of the assistant I spoke to with details of the product and price. He kept his word and was happy to go ahead with the arrangements we had agreed on my prior visit.

I think the staff there was very friendly. It was my first time buying something of this sort and I didn't feel at all lost.

When I first walked into the store I was welcomed by Marlow in a manner that made me feel important. He then asked if I needed assistance, and I explained I wanted to try a few before he helped. After laying on most within my budget I made eye contact with Marlow and he was straight over to answer all of my questions. I was amazed by the wealth of experience he had of the products and greatfull for the time he spent with me, to assure my needs were met with the matress I chose. I left the store feeling my sleepless nights could now be over.
