The salesman who helped us was very friendly, informative and efficient. He showed us all the available options that fitted our requirements and carefully took us through the process of choosing an appropriate mattress and bed. He was not pushy in his sale, and allowed us plenty of time to decide which options worked for us. He did not sell to us according to price (i.e. trying to sell the most expensive item), but instead tried to find the mattress and bed that fitted my needs best.

I thought the sales representative was very proffesional, not pushy, friendly, and accomodating. He was the reason i think we bought from Dreams Tunbridge Wells.

The salesman was knowledgeable and remembered us from a previous visit.

Natalie was very helpful went out of her way to show us beds that would suit our needs her friendly approach gave us confidence

Staff recognised us from previous days visit and took time to talk through alternatives prior to purchasing.

Natalie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses i was looking at. Natalie was also very patient and offered refreshments too. Her colleagues were also very friendly. Natalie also explained the 40 night exchange if i was not happy with my choice. She was also not pushy which made this a relaxed sales experience.

The salesman Marlon did not hassle us and gave us plenty of time, was helpful, knows his products and was friendly and welcoming.

Your colleague introduced himself, clarified the colour coding then left us to investigate for ourselves only returning to assist us when we were lookng at specific beds et al. He was friendly, helpful & very empathetic.

Our needs were considered carefully and Marlon was very friendly and engaging. We bought a quality mattress for far less than we thought we would need to spend.
