The attention to our requirements and obvious experience of the Dreams Colleague Natalie made the experience very positive. She listened to our needs showing us various models that fell within the brief; Natalie did not rush us at all and was able to answer with obvious authority on the subject all questions that we had. The ambience in the store was relaxed and the staff seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. Great customer service!

Upon entering i was greeted by a friendly assistant who cared for my shoping needs from Start to finish, felt very well looked after and in no way pressured into anything. Returned next day to complete purchase and the deals i was given in store were fantastic. A* Service!

The assistant Marlon at you Tunbridge Welks store was excellent, helpful but not 'salesy', let us look around then helped us when we needed help. We got an amazing deal ion an ex showroom bed as we needed something to take away ASAP. The only downside was delivery! If you had next day deliver on your beds (in stock) that would be amazing! Really pleased with our bed, the service and even got 2 free pillows! Very happy, many thanks!

I visited the Tunbridge Wells store. I needed a mattress due to medical problems. I was shown and layer in 6 beds. Also was recommended a pillow. All the staff and sales man I think his name was Marlon was very friendly.

We thought Mark who served us was very friendly and approachable. He wasn't pushy at all. Made an effort to make our baby daughter smile and make us feel at ease. Offered a drinks. Good at suggesting alternatives to reduce cost.

THE ASSISTANT SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO OUR QUESTIONS, AND AS MUCH AS HE WAS ATTENTIVE, HE GAVE US SPACE AND TIME TO CHOOSE OUR BED WITHOUT US FEELING PRESSURED, WHICH MADE THE PURCHASE VERY EASY. THANK YOU
