Friendly knowledgeable assistant without being pushy or trying to sell something I didn't want

The assistant was knowledgable and supportive , not too pushy , gave us thinking time then came back to us to help us and then close the deal . She made us feel important and understood our requirements . The manager was helpfull and gave us good advice and guidance as we made a multiple purchase and supported our order with the in house offers .

Everything was as I required , found the product I was looking for in my price range and the sales colleague was excellent in knowledge and being helpful! It was a pleasure coming to the store. Thank you.

This was our first visit to a Dreams Store where the staff were very friendly and helpful. Glenn provided all the information requested and made recommendations prior to our purchase of both bed, mattress and headboard.

Was given time to browse, with out being hurried into making decisions, and had excellent advice in the decision process, and again, was given time to make our minds up on which product to purchase. Friendly and courteous service throughout our visit.

Customer service and knowledge of products was excellent. Staff were welcoming, informative but in no way pushy. Glenn our assistant showed us a range of products in a range of prices. The experience was fun and was relaxing and we were left alone enough to talk through our options in private and to make our own decision. They were also very child friendly.
