When my husband & I walked into the Tunbridge Wells branch we were left to have a look and then a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman asked if we needed assistance so we said what we needed and he gave a few examples - he was very helpful and we weren't rushed into making a decision. We then returned to the store a week later and were remembered by said salesman to which we then made our purchase.

The sales person was very knowledgable but not pushy. He was very keen we make up our own minds with the correct product information for each item. He was very patient and friendly.

The salesman didnt pester us and was on hand at any time to help with any questions.he didnt push into buying any brand but was very informative about the two mattresses i had picked out

I felt that I was left to browse when I indicated that's what I wanted. No pressure. I was given assistance when I wanted it. The salesman To y was very patient, full of information but kept it easy to understand. I was even offered a cup of tea, the experience could not have been improved upon. I have two pet hates, a) someone wandering around after me - making me feel irritated. B) sales staff not taking no for an answer when they are trying to hard sell extras. This was just a 'nice casual experience, where I spent more than I had intended, as it was no hassle .'
