There were not that many open coil mattresses to choose from and I’m still not sure I’ve selected one that is suitable. I’m hoping I will be comfortable on the one I chose, but I have to sleep on it to see.

We were very satisfied with the service, experience and product but for it to have been highly satisfied we would have liked some form of discount or ‘free item’ to be part of the deal. We spent quite a lot on the bed and base and it would have been nice to walk away feeling we got a ‘bargain’. The service and experience in the store by the staff was fantastic

Highly satisfied means there is no room for improvement. This is not so. There is always room for improvement in any walk of life

We tested a number of mattresses and finally chose the tempur mattress, however, when we sat down to pay, we were advised that the item had a block on it and therefore could not be ordered.

Our experience was great - new technology deymystifying the complex world of mattress design. I would nt say that we weren't highly satisfied but the proof of the pudding will come when we start to sleep on the mattress and we wont know until then how satisfied we are! This survey is too nuanced and takes too long to complete - you havent asked me how satisfied I am with teh survey! .
