Our experience was great - new technology deymystifying the complex world of mattress design. I would nt say that we weren't highly satisfied but the proof of the pudding will come when we start to sleep on the mattress and we wont know until then how satisfied we are! This survey is too nuanced and takes too long to complete - you havent asked me how satisfied I am with teh survey! .

The customer service was excellent, Carole was very knowledgable and able to help with our requirements. I think the signage could be clearer or more information could be given on the high level ranges - there are lots of options and it can be overwhelming! We also had very specific requirements/dimensions for a loft room - it would be good if there were more mix and match options.

Prices are high which meant we had to settle for a lower quality mattress even at a smaller size. I wouldn't recommend Dreams for their prices to anyone in my age group, though i would recommend that they are a good place to find the type of mattress they would like
