I would have liked to use the interest free credit but was told I had to spend £500 or more my order was just under this so I was told I couldn’t.

We were satisfied with the experience at the Dreams shop but very dissatisfied with the product when we received it. The slats were covered in sap and the holes in the slats did not line up with the holes in the bed frame making it extremely hard to assemble. As we had taken our bed down and got rid of it and I’m 8 months pregnant we had no choice but to build it as best we could so I had a bed to sleep on.

I was told the £100 would be credited when I went back to pay the balance for the bed. After leaving I realised that no-one would be aware of this so there may be a problem when I return. That worries me

No offers deals or incentives. We choose a memory foam mattress... a £1600 mattress and when I said I was interested in pillows I was told they wasn’t allowed to give any offers or deals on branded items. I spent a lot of money on a mattress and I couldn’t get a free mattress protector or half price pillow.

when I chose my Divan and mattress I was told the mattress was not available although it was still in the sale to purchase so I was forced into purchasing another similar mattress for aprox £100 more. When I arrived home i looked it up on line and was able to purchase it. I rang the salesperson and he said i could change it but not to do it myself as it would be easier to let Customer service do it and refund the difference. I made contact with customer service and they said they would order it for me. However it wouldn't let him do it ... he got right through to selecting delivery date then it said unable to order it. He couldn't understand why. So I had to leave it even knowing that I could have ordered it on-line. No-one seemed to know why this happened.

The gentleman Glenn who served us was very friendly to begin with however when we returned to buy later on in the day (2hours) he didn't seem as friendly and it felt like he just wanted the end of his shift to come.

The product we bought was estimated to arrive up to 8 weeks, I found it's quiet a long time to wait
