I consider satisfied to be a good rating. I am not rich so finding the right bed for my budget was a bit daunting. The assistant was very helpful explaining my options.

item we bought was not on sale.

We would of been highly satisfied if we were walked round and shown the mattresses for our price range.

The problem wasn't with the store colleagues, it was with the finance company.

Until I have the product at home and have slept on it I will not know if I am satisfied or highly satisfied. Also we had a query with the feet of the bed that we ordered and another man serving was asked a question and he was quite off hand, we felt. Maisie, who helped us was very good, very helpful and knowledgeable. I also feel that spending so much money it would have been good to have been offered a little more off the price, given it is January sales.

Good products but pricey

always room for in improvement. satisfied is good.

We were told that if we pay cash on the spot, delivery will take place that week. We paid, then turned out they messed up the delivery date and would only take place the following week.

I already purchased the bed frame and wanted to order the matching bedside table which showed as available online but in the store the software used couldn't locate any

Thought charges for delivery and taking old mattress away were too high
