The customer care was excellent and I was very happy with the mattress selected but there wasn’t a delivery slot available for THREE weeks and I objected to having to pay extra for selecting an am or a pm slot. But delivery time unacceptable. I very nearly went on line to find the same mattress to see if their delivery was better but time was against me. I would recommend Dreams but it would come with a warning about delivery. Shame, it spoilt an otherwise excellent experience.

Whereby a few weeks ago I read that Dreams took away the old bed only to discover on the purchase of my new bed, that the old bed must already be dismantled for the delivery team to take away. I felt it would have been a large 'plus' for the company if they had offered the service of dismantling.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good value double bed; cheapest I found compared to other stores because sale promotion was on. Only let down was that I had to wait a while for delivery and I wanted it within a week which was not possible.

Tried so many mattresses it started my back pain off , the reasons why looking for a new one. Had to leave then to come back in later in the day to then try again to the end of day spent £1000 over budget lol. Wished coffe machine was working though as was asked to then find not working..

I had assistance from Maisie and Ian. Maisie was being trained in the position. They were friendly and informative. Ian wanted to just get down to business and complete the paperwork, when I was informally chatting, but they were both very nice.

Satisfaction is what I expected and is what I received. There should be notification of collection fees up front, it is misleading currently
