Thought your prices were quite high,but staff very good.

I was satisfied with the overall service, however, the matress cover (in king size) was unavailable in stock so am now awaiting delivery. Not a huge problem though

Customer satisfaction should be a given i.e. I expect to be satisfied. Satisfaction should be the norm not a surprise. Having said that your staff provided the service one should expect but don't always receive!

Just because the store manager was a bit nervous about our kids playing in the store.

Store looks a bit dated, need improving. Staff were excellent

It was what I expected. Good service and an offer of a drink.

I didn't require the assurance if a member of staff as I knew approx what I wanted therefore I cannot comment on come questions.

There seemed to be a lot of staff and only one person came over to help us. The price was above what we wanted to spend.

nothing to complain about everything was done well nothing was a WOW moment though!!!staff were attentive, kind and understanding

All round excellent service.
