We were satisfied because we went to our local store although we had seen the bed we wanted at another branch and therefore had more or less decided before we went there. Your sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We asked for help both to choosing a matress and with a demo of an ottoman bed. We asked the colleague and they said they would get someone and they never returned to let us know what was happening or with a colleague who could help us. We never got any help until we went to a desk where transactions happen to ask for help. We did not see the original colleague we asked for help first off whilst we remained in store. We were in store for a good 90 mins as we had transaction issues and still never saw the colleague we originally asked for assistance.

The price of the mattress was a lot higher than I had anticipated paying. I had been researching on-line where of course they are cheaper but then I don't know if the quality would have been so good. The brand I bought is handmade in England so I understand the justification for the price and I'm happy with that I just was expecting to be able to buy a comfortable mattress for less.

Can` be HIGHLY all the time!

As a rule I very rarely give the top rating in surveys,but the service I received at store and delivery was very good.

I think the service was very helpful and quickly solved, the prices where slightly high, and the cleanliness wasn’t great on the mattresses however the workers offered us a drink and was such a lovely service

I was unable to have interest free credit as I didn’t have my driving license or passport with me.

Because you never score anything, as a top rating. Otherwise you as a company have no target's to reach, and whatever the rating might be. There is always room for improvement, weather a company sales bed's, car's or gas appliances. All sale's are based on satisfaction no matter what the rating, and I was completely satisfied with the way I was delt with.
