I was in the store for about an hour and a half working out what I wanted and no-one came and asked if I needed help. They were busy but not that busy and there were times when they were sat around chatting. I was rather disappointed that I was not given the chance of help. I cannot remember if I found Glenn and asked for help or if he came up to see if I needed help. But he was very good once I was with him although I had decided what I wanted by then

My only disappointment was that I was not informed at the time of ordering two beds and a headboard that my sons bed was not going to be delivered as requested at the same time as the rest of my order

Highly Satisfied implies total excellence. Is any organisation capable of that? On a more specific level, Dreams stores have a daunting feel where you expect a member of staff to pounce (although that in fact did not happen).

We had to wait a long time before an assistant was available' there didn't seem to be enough staff to cope with the customers

I feel that to be rating any service highly must be exceptional while we found everything to our satisfaction.bearing in mind that we are unable to express an opinion on the quality of goods until we have received them.We certainly found the assistant very knowledgeable and helpful.

It is too early to know whether the products will be right for us and arrive in a satisfactory condition on the 18 January. I suppose I am disappointed that I had to pay full price on everything and whilst your salesperson was excellent really he would not budge on any form of discount even to the extent that I am paying nearly eighty pounds for removal of the old and putting up the new bed. It sis only a single divan with a mattress which we took away with us.

Because the experiance was as good as it can get buying a matress, perhaps if the assistant did a little song and dance it might have been more enjoyable.
