Overall service good but not totally happy weave to wait 4 weeks until delivery.

Delivery charges difference, between doorstep and bedroom. Price should be inclusive.

I was looking for an ottoman bed and was shown two down stairs and was told there was more upstairs but wasn't shown them, we had to go find them ourself. Having worked in retail myself I do understand that staffing levels are not always that great and there was only 2 members of staff visible at the time of my visit.

Quick and easy to make my purchase and arrange delivery.

Stock levels have now pushed back the delivery date, otherwise a very good experience

Nothing to do with representatives, but an aggressive wasp apparently had been flying around upstairs all day, the wasp got in my hair, and then stung my husband, we had to go to lower floor as this wasp would not go away, people can be allergic to wasps and bees, so care to rid these pests should be improved upon. Salesman was very apologetic about it.

There was only 2x members of staff in the store. The staff were friendly & explained situation.

I was happy with my experience.

Took a little time to have someone come to help as there were only two assistants in the store when we arrived
