I ordered the bed and phoned the store 30mins later to amend the order. I left a couple of messages an no one responded. After getting through to them after 1.5hours,they told me I could come the next day to amend the order. When I arrived, they could not amend it and I asked for a refund and buy the upgraded product but they could not do it on the system and I have to do it through the customer service. After upgrading the item, they couldn't provide me with a receipt or written confirmation yet expected me to pay for the upgrade and take a photo by phone. I have put in the effort to come to the store to upgrade my item and they could not do that for me. Due to the poor service I would like to return the original item and get a refund.

I was more than satisfied with this store, staff so welcoming and so helpful. Just wish some beds were in stock to take away the same day

I need to change the delivery address, which I stated at the time of purchase, "not a problem" you said. Well now apparently it is !!!!!
