It was relaxed, very informative, engaging and brought some information to the proceedings on mattresses which we did not know before. Natalie, the sales lady took us through the process of how to select the right product to match our requirements. She had a wonderful sense of humour which helped enormously. We therefore believe we have a product which matches our needs.

Dan was a really good customer service advisor. He listened to us and was incredibly patient whilst my other half layed on EVERY bed in the store for several minutes (I think she came along for a nap). He was very knowledgeable about the products and most importantly to me, he gave us some space to decide what we liked. I didn't feel like we were being hounded or pressured. The whole experience was perfect and we would return when we need our next matress!

On arrival (Natalie) welcomed us and offered to help.. She was respectful and allowed us to browse. She also offered us the mattress test which was very interesting and inciteful Your staff team where fantastic and gave us all the information and support we needed yet were in no way pushy. Great advice, excellent customer service and an all round outstanding shopping experience

the assistant, Maise, at the Pembury industrial estate was very kind and helpful and made the whole experience very pleasant.

We were greeted on entering the shop, with who it showes the prices then left to walkwhere we wanted. Daniel then came to find use to explain more which was great. We were asked if we wanted tea or coffee so coffee was made while we could discucc what we wanted. So we placed an order and all was explained as we went. A elivery date was agreed and concirmed yesterday by text so hope delivery will be as good. Thank you
