Our sales person Mel was very helpful

the customer representative who served me went above and beyond trying to understand my needs. she also help me sort out my little children (gave them colouring or spoke to them when i needed time to think and decide about my purchase)

Assistant spent time understanding our requirements however did not put any pressure on us and left us to consider the options available

We visited the store more-or-less because we had time to spare in the shopping area, & having been recommended of Dream’s products by both of our sons who had previously bought beds from Dreams. Our sales advisor was Maisie, we found was very well informed about the products. Although we explained that we were just on a fact finding mission and not intending to purchase anything that day, Maisie guided us through what particular beds would suit us should we wish to change our current bed, encouraging us to try out several, as many times as we wished. The sales advisors were very pleasant when we left the store without purchasing, and also when we returned after lunch and completed a purchase.

First time buying a bed alone and was a wonderful experience: really helpful and lots of knowledge and took lots of time to explain the differences and right options for me

Julie was very attentive, answering all my questions confidently and honestly. We tried lots of different beds and discussed the differences etc. Matched them up with my needs and gave us some time to think about it.

We received a very friendly greeting upon arrival and when I explained what we were looking for and the rough budget we were given a choice to meet our needs and explanations as to what the differences were. Natalie also asked questions to make sure we had all the information we needed and was very helpful. Once we'd decided Natalie made the ordering process very easy and clarified everything for us, so I felt very well looked after. My son was delighted with the free Olympic gifts too! Many thanks

Maisie at the Tunbridge Wells store was knowledgeable, gave me good advice, was friendly and polite. Went through the options and recommended a bed that suited our needs
