Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

We were served by Maisie in the Tunbridge Wells store she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She makes a lovely cup of tea !!

The assistant in the shop was very friendly, patient and helpful. Buying a new bed was simple and I felt I was given good advice

Mel listened to what I wanted from a mattress and gave me advice and information that I needed.

We called into toook at mattresses in the tun wells store. Mel asked us questions about our sleep and any aches etc. We then were offered to lay on a bed that moulded to our bodies, in particular our problem areas. This advised what type of mattress would suit. We were given a pillow each with a protective cover and shown what mattresses would be best for us. Mel was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to choose. We would never of known what to choose without her help and advice. Hence why we placed our order with Dreams. We looked around 2 other stores in the area, she was by far the best customer service assistant.

The staff member Sheena who served me was superb. Her knowledge was impressive and she was so friendly and approachable. I was shopping with my son for a new bed for him and she explained everything and put him at his ease straightaway, asking pertinent questions to assess what he required…she is a huge asset to the company.

Melissa was very helpful and did all she could to help out. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

From the moment we walked in Mel the sales advisor was extremely friendly and approachable. She came over to us to offer assistance and once we needed some support she helped us straight away showing us what we needed and having great discussions on the beds. She was knowledgeable, friendly and also able to have a laugh with us which we really liked and made us feel very comfortable and at ease.

The staff member was very happy to help and was able to guide us to make the correct decision. Very quick and easy order process meant we was not hanging around forever.
