Went inside and was greeted straight away and felt welcomed. Our seller helped us find our perfect bed and also got the mattress cheaper as it was on show and they didn't need it anymore

We were highly satisfied with all the service we received: As soon as we walked in Natalie was there asking if we needed any help- which we did. She asked us if we knew what we wanted but as it was our first time buying a mattress we had no clue, so she guided us to the machine that helps tell you what one would be best and explained how it worked and what we had to do. She then explained after, which ones were recommended and showed us where to find them. We then really liked that we could go off on our own to have a look and feel all the mattress but were able to go back to Natalie when ever we needed any help or to ask any questions. We also wanted to get some pillows which she helped us with. We never knew there were specific pillows depending on how you sleep. The ordering process was quick and easy and luckily for us our mattress was in stock so could get it delivered that following week and also get our old mattress taken away. We also thought that everything was so clean and everything was sanitised after someone had used it. We were both very impressed

Dan was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Also very patient! My daughter was also with me and looking for a bed for herself. He helped us both. The other assistants in the shop were very friendly and we were even offered a bottle of water. There was plenty of sanitiser in the shop and all the assistants wore masks and cleaned the surfaces regularly. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience!
