We were really satisfied because from the very first moment we felt really welcome and we have stated our budget and Carol did everything that we could fit in it but still have an amazing bed frame and mattress. Also the knowledge Carol had was outstanding even the pillows she choose for us were so comfortable that we needed to buy them. Overall very good experience

Professional and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. We tried several mattresses, all following covid rules, which added extra reassurance when purchasing our well overdue new mattress; can't wait until it arrives.

We were greeted by Daniel on entering the store and wanted to buy 3 beds and mattresses. He listened to what we were looking for and then talked us through our options before showing us the beds/mattresses. We were there for at least 2 hours and he was very patient and knowledgable. We left having placed an order for everything we were looking for and bought Tempur mattresses, something we thought we never would!

We were pleased with the service we received. We used the sleep match machine to help with the choice of mattress. Maisie was helpful and very knowledgeable about the products, wasn't pushy. We were offered a bottle of water to drink. We spent more than we thought we would but We were surprised how quick the delivery was going to be, only a couple of weeks. We maybe back to order some bedroom furniture that we liked, but need to think about the 12 week delivery time!
