From visiting the store on Saturday - promptly greeted and help given listening to my requirements, then helping me choose. No pressure, just friendly advice and options given. Order process was quick and easy - and details of delivery given, and told further details would follow in email / text. - these were - very efficient. Also received a call from Gareth the day before confirming 2-hour time slot (8:15-10:15) - delivery turned up at 8:30 - perfect! Delivery was quick, driver polite - asked where I wanted the mattress leaving - friendly and professional. From Saturday going in to Tuesday delivery - everything was well communicated and I am super impressed with getting the mattress within 3 days of initial contact!

Pleased with the service & delivery date also the price & was nice to actualy see what we were buying as so much you have to purchase on line now & taking pot luck with the quality

Maisie in Tunbridge Wells was very helpful, friendly and was highly knowledgeable about the products. We deliberately went back to Tunbridge Wells rather than a closer branch as she was so good.

The Person I was shopping with and for has a chronic illness and the staff member was extremely understanding and accommodating to the time and needs of this individual.

She was helpful and knowledgeable, she knew the inventory and each item’s price and precise location in the store, but moreover, she wasn’t pushy and she didn’t hover, as some salespeople do. Instead, she was happy to be as involved as we wanted and needed, which made our decision-making process easy!
