Level of service excellent. We were looking for a metal bed frame two instore no choice told low in stock and so got an otterman not what we wanted but the next best thing I hope

Good staff and a great simulator

Staff helped us by monitoring our needs by placing us on the sleep match and then walking us round to try different ones out they were great Maisie was the lady dealing with us

We weren’t expecting to find exactly what we wanted, we were only looking at options on this visit. The attention and advice given to us on this visit was such that we felt totally confident in going ahead and placing the order without considering another supplier.

Very helpful staff

We went in to buy a mattress wasn’t sure what we wanted but Natalie helped us decide what we needed without a hard sale felt very happy with the way she helped us left us trying the different ones But was there if we needed assistance

The staff were very knowledgeable and very helpfull, pointing us in the right direction and giving us all the information we required and the time to make decisions. No pressure, just help.

Natalie was very welcoming and friendly and understood immediately that I wanted to purchase a new mattress for a very elderly Aunt who has health issues. She immediately took me to try a mattress which was exactly what I was looking for for my Aunt and she also helped with a new waterproof mattress cover and, importantly, she helped with the delivery details as my Aunt lives on her own and is practically immobile. I thought this buying and delivery process was going to be very stressful but Natalie made it seem so simple. The delivery is tomorrow so I have every faith that it will all go to plan as arranged, including the removal of the old mattress. Thank you Natalie and Dreams.

Patience, professionalism and friendliness of sales assistant who spent time to help me. Did not use pressure (would have left if they did). Only one mattress type that I was keen to try out was not in stock but I was shown a similar type snd product.

Great selection of products, really helpful staff. Lean and covid safe shop.
