Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Because of covid the delivery of our bed was postponed. Shortly before the bed was due for delivery I was contacted by Kishan Palmer who explained there was a fault with our chosen mattress and that it was being remade. He suggested we have a £250 voucher to spend in store or as a refund to make up for the inconvenience. We thought this was an extremely courteous and helpful service. When the bed finally arrived I thought the pillow top mattress looked uneven. I tried to get used to it but found it uncomfortable. I spoke to Kishan about this and he suggested an independent assessor looked at it. This was done but there was nothing found wrong with the manufacture of the mattress. I accepted this but still could not get comfortable. I emailed Kishan about this and he said I was still within the 40 day comfort test so I could go into Dreams again and choose a different mattress. However, over the next few days I suddenly got used to the bed and now find it very comfortable. I would like to say the service we received from Dreams all the way through has been exceptional.

Everything was very easy and simple we were tested on the dreams machine which measured/ calculated what type of bed would suit you and it was spot on. We were then directed to those specific kinds of beds where the lady who was guiding us had a lot of knowledge and knew where everything was in the store . It was an in and out job just the way I like it. Bought a mattress within 15 min. Easy!!!

I was very stressed when I entered the dreams store at Tunbridge Wells as I had just moved and during our move our bed could not fit into our property. However, the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. As soon as I walked in I was met by Julie who was incredibly helpful. I found a bed that was an ex display which suited our needs as we wanted something straight away due to having no bed. Julie measured the bed up then Ian the brilliant store manager heard me on the phone to my husband questioning the measurements and immediately assisted with a tape measure and his extensive knowledge. We bought the bed. The service was second to none. I could not recommend this store and the brilliant staff highly enough. 10 out of 10 for everything. Thank you.

The lady who helped us went above and beyond to make us happy. We were running out of time as the store closes at 8 and at no time she put pressure on us. We put our order through way after 8pm and she was calm and very polite. Thank you so much Dreams Team

From the get go carol was extremely helpful, I went into the store just wanting to browse but I found because of the product knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for I was ready to buy. Great customer experience over all 10/10 from both carol and Ian.
