The Sales lady, Carol, at the Tunbridge Wells store was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and took the time to double check everything for us. We were purchasing items that needed to be anti allergy/hypoallergenic and she ensured we looked at the right products. She also recommended various pillows to us and discussed our requirements in depth. She is a credit to the Company.
