Very friendly and helpful member of staff (Dan). Spent a lot of time with us helping us through the minefield to choose the right bed for us. Very pleasant experience all round.

Natalie in the T Wells store took a call from me after weeks of research. I was unsure so she suggested I came in to the store. She greeted me and spent over an hour with me going through everything I wanted from bedroom size to curtain colours and cushions to match. She did not try and upsell me over my budget (I would have left had she tried). She made brilliant suggestions and made the whole experience actually quite fun. Like a personal shopping experience. Lovely lady. The others in the store were also super nice. All knew their stuff. I won’t shop elsewhere for beds again!

Found the exact bed we saw online in store. Natalie really made us welcome and was very friendly. Really impressed!!

Carol was excellent at helping us choose the right mattress and bedhead for us. We had specific requirements and she was patient with us and talked it through. Maisie was similarly helpful on giving us the time we needed to make the final decision. It was a great customer experience

Staff were efficient, professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and gave clear descriptions of the various products available. We were attended to by Maisie.

I wanted to view a new that apparently wasn’t in stock but when I arrived to the shop they had just had it come in it was the perfect bed I was looking for , we purchased it there and they. The staff went above an beyond for us as we are currently in the process of moving house and uncertain about dates they explained about if our house falls through we can provide proof and get a full refund. Hopefully the noise doesn’t fall through as I really want it and the bed. The staff made the whole process so easy and quick I would recommend.
