I was more then highly satisfied with my experience when shopping In your Tunbridge Wells Branch. I have been in there many times and the staff in there are so lovely and friendly. This time we got served by Natalie and what an asset to your time she is! Incredibly friendly and wasn’t pushy at all. We didn’t really know what we were after but she went beyond to help us and made our decision making a million times easier. She was so lovely from the moment we stepped in. Thank you so much Natalie, we can’t wait to visit again when we need something else. Will definitely recommend this branch.

Julie, the assistant perfectly balanced her assistance and the time she gave me to consider my purchase by myself. The sale was completely unpressurized yet she was on hand to capably answer all my questions when needed. Really helpful team in the Tunbridge Wells store.

Range of options, staff attention and advice was all good. The prices were competitive with other retailers. The staff we dealt with Carol and the manager Ian were both attentive, knowledgeable and caring.

Ian was fantastic, explained us novices what a good matress is and we are happy with out purchase.

Maisie, was a superb sales assistant. Shopping with a teenager at the best of time is no easy feat! She put him at ease got him to do the bed demonstration and allowed him time and space to state his preferences. The whole experience was relaxed and comfortable
