Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The shop assistant that we dealt with we actually spoke to over 2 days. She answered all our questions thoroughly, ensured that we had all the information we needed to make a choice regarding mattress type and that the costs were explained. We didn’t feel forced into a sale but her product knowledge meant we came back the following day to place our order with her. She was friendly, polite and welcoming.

Staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and welcoming so made the process very easy and fun! A good selection of beds and the signage for each type of bed was easy to understand so made us looking for the right mattress a lot simpler!

The initial phone call to the store was very helpful. Phone answered promptly. Sales person was excellent in all areas. Took all the time we needed and bothered to get understand our needs. Was not in any way pushy. Very knowledgeable polite and efficient.

I never felt pressured at any point to buy a mattress or go with the suggestions which the simulator provided which made the experience all the more relaxing, so I could actually make a decision. I was greeted with a smile, offered water and toured the show room. 5* experience - no complaints.

Both of the ladies that assisted me, one when greeting and explaining how your tech worked, and the other who took over and completed the sale, were friendly and very perceptive. Unusually, in my experience, both ladies quickly realised that I’m a no frills type of person and dealt with me accordingly. They both made it a pleasure to do business

Dan was the Dreams employee who dealt with myself during my multiple visits at Dreams Tunbridge Wells. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I deliberated over my order. I visited 4 times before all my items were ordered and not once did Dan pressure me to place the order, or treat me as if I wasn’t a potential valued customer. His service alone was enough to convince me the items I orders were worth getting from Dreams.
