Maisie greeted us, understood our requirements and recommended the right products. She went to get the prices while we browsed the shop. We had another colleague tell us about another offer but they were not pushy and left us to it. We like that. Went back to Maisie and purchased her recommendation.

Clever bed machine helped narrow down choice. Helpful guidance based on feedback given on previous mattress. Laid back approach (not pushy) to sales. All required information provided without needing to ask.

From our entry into the store, we were advised where the products were we were looking to buy, we were left alone to look at the items and when ready for advise from the assistant, she was not far away, she showed as how the product worked and then stepped away allowing us to have an opportunity to talk and wasn't pushy for us to decide. Julie was a very helpful understood exactly what was wanted and committed to giving myself a A1 experience within the time I cane to look for my sofa bed. She made me feel relaxed and not pressured I ordered when I cane back into store with her for this reason
