Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

I was pleased that the staff were there to help and seemed interested and engaging. we weren't pressured to buy anything. From looking at prices of mattresses around, Dreams was the better value, but I still think that mattresses, in general, are expensive. The staff were a pleasure to talk to and were well informed about their products.

Sales assistant Dan, was very knowledgeable and helpful, he was very easy to talk to and not pushy.

I was helped by a couple of members of staff, nobody was pushy just friendly and helpful and I think the technology of the bed finding thing is fantastic! Really looking forward to my mattress arriving!!!

The moment we arrived at your store, your team very polity asked us to take the Covid precautions provided at the entrance to your store. we were approached by Natalie who was very professional supporting us with our questioning and reassuring us that we had come to the right place. My husband and I was asked to lay on your specialised bed which read our body pressure and laying position's to provide with us with the most suitable mattress to suit our requirement's, I must say I would of quite happily returned home with that mattress it was so comfortable and the pressure movements with in the mattress felt like you were receiving a back massage. Natalie directed us to the mattress that best suited our needs and with in 20 mins we had purchased out topper gel mattress, I can not express how excited I am. Totally looking forward to a Decent nights sleep.

Dreams colleague Julie was very helpful and knowledgable on all of the beds, and gave us time to discuss what we wanted she gave us great service and advice, the store was very clean and COVID safe.

We came in to find a mattress, as we needed a new one. We’d been recommended a Therapur, but tried sleep match first. This was a great experience and I felt that the assistant listened well to our needs. Quick service, with good Covid measures in place. We had our children with us too, which wasn’t a problem and they too were welcomed in. Very happy.

Julie served us and was very knowledgable and very easy to chat and deal with. Didn’t feel that we were rushed at all. Pleasure to have dealt with her. Other staff members offering bottled water was much appreciated
