Our assistant Ian was very friendly and helpful and talked through a variety of options.

Ian the store manager was exemplary. He never tried to overly push anything, just talked us through the options, after we had under gone the sleep testing system.

we were served quickly and they could help us exactly with what we wanted and helped us get it all delivered to us as soon as possible and offered us the warranty which we thought was great.

We had booked an appointment and arrived slightly early, but was greeted by Ian with a warm and welcoming introduction. Felt really comfortable in the store and found what we needed with about 30 minutes.

Your manager, Ian, gave us both his time and knowledge over the telephone prior to our visiting your store at the trade park at T - Wells which he followed up the next day when he ran through the comprehensive process of choosing the most suitable mattress - he is an asset to your organisation and we look forward to the delivery nextMonday.
