I WOULD POINT OUT THAT I AM DEAF SO MY DAUGHTER DID MOST OF THE TALKING WITH THE MEMBER OF STAFF. MY INITIAL LOOK AT YOUR PRODUCTS ON LINE DID NOT STATE THE TRUE PRICE OF DIVAN PLUS MATTRESS. PERSNAL TOUCH IS EVERYTHING.

The store assistant Natalie was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions. She appeared to be very knowledgeable about the products and was efficient in ensuring everything was thoroughly cleaned after use/testing
