We were approached as soon as we entered the store by Ian who explained all the Covid measures in a friendly way, he also advised us of how to assess what kind of mattress we would need, he stayed with us and gave helpful advice. He offered us a drink due to the discomfort of wearing a mask. He and his colleague were friendly and chatted comfortably while we completed our order.
