I had an idea of the bed and mattress I wanted as seen it online and wanted to see them in store. The assistant that served me showed me the products I wanted to try straight away and knew where they were straight away and I was happy with them. Very easy to order with her and delivery time was great (only had to wait 2 weeks)

Natalie was extremely helpful. No hard sell to buy a more expensive mattress. Listened to my needs.

The staff bent over backwards to help, suggesting alternatives that were in stock, and phoning the store in bexhill, who had the product in stock, and ordering it for us so we could collect on moving house day.

We were greeted and supported by one of your colleagues called Maisie. Maisie explained the social distancing rules clearly, and talked about our needs for a new mattress. She helped us us the Dream machine, and then used her personal insights to find the right mattress (which was also on the Dreams machine list). Maisie gave us the space to discuss what we thought of each mattress by politely stepping away, it was a very thoughtful approach. Paying and scheduling delivery was quick and easy. A brilliant experience for something we were probably dreading to do!
