The different types of mattress were clearly defined on entry to the showroom, indicating type of springs, filling and firmness, making it easier to make a correct choice for comfort and budget. Other suppliers in the area only showed partial information and assistants were not up to the standard of the Dreams sales team. We were not allowed to sit or lay on the mattresses until proper protection had been laid down and afterwards dispensed with. In our case delivery came very quickly after the placed order.

I knew what i didn't want and the assistant ( Julie ) understood my needs, she showed me other options with help to achieve my needs. She was very patient and let me choose without pressure on the mattress i finally bought. She explained why there was such a long delay in the delivery date of my order and explained other options to consider. Was impressed with the high level of service i received.
