I visited your Tunbridge Wells branch twice. The service I received from both Natalie and Carol was outstanding. They both understood my needs, explained the process of trying the bed (covid/social distancing procedures etc) very well. I got a real sense of teamwork in the shop and respect that I saw one of them the previous day, so ensured her colleague received the commission for my order, as she had spent more time with me the previous day. Overal a great shopping experience, both Natalie and Carol are a credit to your team and should be recognised for the great service they give. The follow on emails and texts have been great also, which give me real confidence knowing my mattress will be delivered on time.
