I loved it that we were able to deal with just one member of staff (Natalie) despite visiting the store twice, calling the store twice and changing our requirements multiple times. Natalie was both patient and knowledgeable. I am in a wheelchair but Natalie did not rush me and was very understanding.

Natalie was very friendly and helpful with excellent product knowledge. The mattress assessment process was interesting and enjoyable and it was good to then have a shortlist of mattresses to try. We were surprised and impressed by the extras that were included for the price we paid.

The sales lady was very efficient and listened to what we were after. She had great product knowledge and was very friendly. Would highly recommend Dreams for quality and value for money.
