Excellent personal service from everyone we dealt with. Very courteous and knowledgeable assistance from Dan. He was very conscious to respect distance in terms of safety but also general discretion. Whenever we needed advice, he was very attentive, but at no point did we feel pressured into buying anything; which meant that we made sure to come back to him to buy our mattresses.

We had been to several other bed shops b4 we came into dreams. We were given a warm welcome by Dan and instantly felt comfortable with him. It was an infinitely better welcome than any other company. Dan listened, recommended we tried the ‘bed checker’, showed us different options and I ordered my new bed. At no point did I feel I was being over sold too and although I could of gone on looking elsewhere, Dan made the difference.... thank you Dan
