Wonderful experience that you simply cannot get online. We were given the time and space to look around and make sure we were happy with our choice. We were not pressured into buying and did not feel we were being ‘up sold’ to make us spend beyond what we felt comfortable. We came away with better than we thought we could and that could only of been achieved through the help of staff in store.

Mel was incredibly friendly, had excellent knowledge of the mattresses and bed frames. She made the experience very quick and easy and there is no doubt that I would use Dreams again!

Natalie was a first class sales person. She was friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of purchasing a new bed. Not pushy just helpful and very respective of my husband’s medical condition and frailty.

I had requested a mattress to be ready for payment and collection but the staff member I saw the day before hasn’t done it. However the lady who served me the next day sorted it all with out fuss. She was unphased apologised for the error and was chatty and fun. I felt like a valued customer.

Following a recent hip replacement operation, we somewhat reluctantly decided to bite the bullet and buy a new (higher) bed and mattress. Having not bought a new mattress for mumblety-mumble years. we were amazed by the number of options now available. Fortunately for us, friendly and helpful sales colleague Daniel was at hand to talk us through your bed matching system, and show us the resulting mattresses. He made it easy for us to decide what we did and didn't like, and indeed we were able to come to a pretty swift decision, thanks to his help. No-one really likes having to spend money, but at least the experience was painless, and we are greatly looking forward to the delivery of our new and very smart-looking bed!

Soon as we enterered the shop we were treated well cup of coffee each the man was very knowledgeable about what we wanted I was very satisfied with theoutcome

As a former worker in the retail industry, I was pleased to receive the level of service that made shopping a pleasure, rather than the chore I usually find it.

Pleasant bed buying experience, MEL listened and understood my needs. Showroom was clean and, as always tidy, offered refreshments and free pillows.. yay..
