I have to confess that I was prepared for pushy sales tactics but Dan (Tunbridge Wells store) was fantastic; kind, helpful, knowledgeable and gave me appropriate time to explore the mattresses the machine selected for me. He knew exactly where those mattresses were, how they were made etc. He advised without pushing me to decide, and made sure all precautions were taken and met for customer safety. I didn’t decide on a mattress there and I knew if I was going to order one through Dreams it would be through Dan. I returned a week later and as before, Dan was exceptional in his customer service. The process for placing the order was smooth and straightforward, he wasn’t pushy on extras and was able to secure me a Saturday delivery at no cost in three weeks time. He explained the customer satisfaction guarantee and delivery arrangements. Lovely, lovely guy and a pleasure to deal with.

Ian was extremely helpful. He listened to my needs and advised me on the best solution for me, using a 'bed machine' to find out the firmness of mattress best for me. He spent time showing me beds and discussing each ones merits, I left the store to consider my options but returned shortly after. Ian remembered me and greeted me. He was with another customer so briefed a colleague on what I was looking for, while I rechecked my options, and returned to me once he was able. The purchase was completely very efficiently and he was polite and friendly throughout.
