Ian was extremely helpful. He listened to my needs and advised me on the best solution for me, using a 'bed machine' to find out the firmness of mattress best for me. He spent time showing me beds and discussing each ones merits, I left the store to consider my options but returned shortly after. Ian remembered me and greeted me. He was with another customer so briefed a colleague on what I was looking for, while I rechecked my options, and returned to me once he was able. The purchase was completely very efficiently and he was polite and friendly throughout.

It was really easy and straightforward to place our order, and the interest free period to spread to cost meant we could get exactly what we wanted without having to just settle for what we can immediately afford
