Great help from Natalie who was knowledgeable and gave support whilst also giving us space to try things out ourself. There was a variety of products available and we were pointed to available deals.

The lady we spoke to was very friendly offering helpful advice seeming very knowledgeable about the product. We had looked online as there was a discount but weren’t sure if this would be the case in store. We were pleased offers were the same in store so went ahead with the purchase.

I was welcomed to the store and talked through options by an extremely knowledgeable and efficient employee. I felt confident that he knew a great deal about the various mattresses and he was not at all pushy in his approach.

The staff were very helpful and although they did not have the bed frame in stock that we wanted they were able to point us towards a very similar one that allowed us to make a choice. They spent time discussing our mattress needs and adapted their recommendations to what we wanted.
