Firstly the social distancing and PPE measures in place made it feel like a safe shopping experience. Overall the service is very personalised, from using the sleep match tool to finding suitable matches to completing the purchase. We felt like valued customers unlike our experience in other bed shops.

We were looking for a new bed for my daughter. The assistant was very helpful when my daughter was choosing a mattress. He spoke to her about what she wanted in a mattress and after trying out 2 mattresses he realised that she didn't like memory foam and showed other mattresses to help her choose what she wanted.

We were so impressed with the customer service we received when visiting your Tunbridge Wells store. Dan was absolutely brilliant. Sufficient attention, but not hard sell, highly knowledgeable and efficient. Very polite and incredibly helpful. The set up of the store was great with the current covid situation, with hygiene playing a major role. I will certainly be recommending the store to anyone I know looking for beds.
