The Salesman, Omar, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. There was also a large amount of beds on show.

I recieved amazing customer service in the Wakefield store by a lovely gentleman name Omar. He got me an amazing deal on our new mattress I can’t thank him enough!

The store was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful indeed. A very welcome coffee was offered too.......I like that touch! There was no pressure - nothing was too much trouble. Melvyn was very informative and pleasant. A very welcoming store.

We've been looking for a new bed for a while now. Been to a few shops before dreams. Some assistants didn't even bother to get off there chair to ask us if we needed any help. I wanted a ottoman bed but needed some more information about them. The sales assistant came to us, asked if we needed any help, answered our questions. We didn't want the bed for around a month but that wasn't a problem. Booked us in for when we required it and even told us that we could change date if we're not quite ready for it. Wou6have like to pay a little bit less but I guess I'm a tight yorkshire girl haha. Couldn't fault the staff at all, each and everyone of them were very friendly

We were listened to and guided to the right product for us.

I was recommended to go to dreams as I needed a new bed and mattress. I am a bit self conscious when discussing personal habits etc. publicly especially how I sleep. However, when myself and the Mrs. entered the store the store assistant named Melvyn approached us and made us feel at ease. He was understanding especially when I said I had back and shoulder issues. He was very informative every step of the way and getting us to try out the bed analyzer. When trying the recommended beds he didn't loiter about and gave us space to lie in the beds which was good. Would have made things awkward if he just stood there next to the bed as we are laying there. When searching for bed frames he sat us down and got us involved in searching for the right bed frame on the dreams website. When the perfect item was out of stock. Melvyn spent extra time seeking a similar one that was in stock and ensured both the chosen mattress and bed frame are delivered ASAP as we told him we just bought a new house and it's unfurnished so we couldn't move in yet. Lovely guy and easy to talk too and very helpful. Would go back and seek his help on any bed matters.
