We were approached as soon as we entered the store to ask if we needed any help and once we explained we wasn't sure we had assistance throughout. Omar was very good at giving us plenty of options to try and was very knowledgeable. We really liked that he wasn't a typical pushy salesman but gave us the information we needed to make our decision.

The selection & the assistant’s attention, not pushy

The member of staff listened to what we needed. He advised us on different beds. Also helped us select one best suited for my arthritis. He was very pleasant and helpful.
