The assistant who helped us was friendly and perfectly judge how we wanted that interaction to take place. He was helpful and listened to us rather than trying to sell us something he had in mind.

Jason was superb, from beginning to end he took the time to understand what we were looking for and then provided us with the right advice. The machine thing at the beginning was absolutely bob on in analysing both of us and the range on beds and mattresses was more than enough to make sure we bought the right bed.

Very friendly and helpful knowledgeable member of staff, listened to my needs and assisted me to my needs. Was very patient as I struggle to get up and down. Excellent service all round!! Keep up the excellent customer service, 😊
