Dreams - Wakefield

Was met by an amazing member of staff (Wakefield Store, Retail Park. Man named Melvyn) he was so helpful & friendly! With it being an extremely hot day we were offered bottles of water and the aircon was even put on whilst we were in the store (I am pregnant and found this so helpful!). We really felt that Melvyn listen to what we wanted and was extremely helpful & informal. He explained through things (especially the mattresses) very well and clearly. Could not be happier with our experience and we have come away with an amazing deal!

The colleague (Jason) who helped me was extremely knowledgeable of the various pros and cons of different bed styles, and he used that knowledge to talk me through a variety of different models so that I could make a considered decision as to the right bed for me. When it came time to purchase, he offered me some water (which I gladly accepted because it was quite a warm day), and completed the purchase swiftly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience having him assist me through my purchase.

We were greeted upon entering the store, staff were very welcoming and very helpful. We got exactly what we were looking for and more… Overall very pleased with the service me my wife and daughter received. Melvin and the other staff members went above and beyond to provide a top notch service.

Customer service was brilliant at Wakefield store, staff member omar was great in helping myself and parter find the correct mattress we needed, he provided us with a lot of information about the best mattresses dreams do. Showed us the lay down bed that helps to choose the best mattress. The staff in general at Wakefield store were very friendly and made me feel as ease. Would definetly recommend a friend to shop at Wakefield Dreams store
