Staff very friendly. Perfect balance of contact time and time alone to browse. Very helpful staff, approachable and well informed. I bought a base here previously and the service and staff meant that I only wanted to purchase my mattress from here. Very glad to try the computerised mattress selector. Gives me more confidence when choosing.
