This is my first visit to Dream store. I visited yesterday utilised the electronic assessment technology to identify the appropriate mattress for my needs. Which was quite an interesting but pleasant experience. David the advisor was very knowledgeable friendly while still being professional. I choose between 2 beds and brought my husband back the following day to look and confirm our choice. Decided to buy using the interest free credit as there was no discount for cash sale. Pleased that there is a 30 day period to change mattress if it is not to our liking as. It is a very expensive item to buy I’d it is not found to be comfortable. Just waiting for my mattress now to be delivered which was a shorter time than I expected. Happy with purchasing process and took out the extra cover. David did help to make the experience more enjoyable. I did look around a few other local stores. But returned to Dreams.
